Jason and Eliana were very communicative throughout the time of my car being in the shop the technicians troubleshooting my problem to the T and fixed everything that was going on in my car making my car run, smooth and efficient. I’ve had no problems since driving my car and my car is running smooth again. I would recommend The shop to anyone that is looking to get their car worked on they will talk to you throughout the time and go over major things that need to be addressed. Definitely would bring my car back here. Great customer service on their end.

Urban Autocare is thorough, easy to work with, and very communicative. I have had nothing but stellar experiences with everyone that works there and the work on my vehicle. It can be difficult to find a place with trustworthy technicians and service writers that can communicate effectively, but I have felt comfortable working with Urban Autocare from day one.

Urban Autocare has been an incredibly reliable mechanic for both my Ford Transit and my CRV. They’ve always taken great care of my vehicles with awesome communication, transparency, and quick turnaround times. I’ve never had any issues and always feel like I can trust them completely! Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest, dependable service

I really did enjoy this place and the way they went over every single thing with me over the phone. They did a diagnostic for my windshield wiper fluid spout that was not spraying because it was clogged. They charged me the diagnostic fee but that covered the unclogging which was great. And the comprehensive exam was only 75$ i believe which was great. I will definitely go back!

My husband and I were in the area and realized he had a very low front tire. We stopped in and asked if they could help us top it off. They happily helped with a smile on their face. We haven’t had the pleasure of using them for service yet, but as far as being a good neighbor and just good people, they really helped us out. Glad we stumbled upon them, nice people do exist! Will be back for services!
